The new Innokin Zenith II Tank is the successor to the incredibly popular Zenith tank from Phil Busardo, Dimitris Agrafiotis, and Innokin. The goal was to create an easy and intuitive to use mouth to lung (MTL) replaceable coil-head atomizer. This tank features an easy top-fill twist design that will automatically shut off the flow when filling in order to prevent flooding and gurgling, adjustable airflow, and a simple method to replace the coil.

The CRC-Compliant top-fill mechanism features a push-lock to prevent unwanted openings. Experience great flavour and long-lasting coils with this tank. It comes with two styles of drip tips for added comfort. The Zenith tank includes two different coils to tailor your experience.

A QR code on the box directs you to tutorial videos that will assist you in filling, cleaning, replacing the coil, and using the tank effectively. Designed for both beginner and experienced users, this tank provides a quality MTL experience in an affordable package.

Please be aware that due to the Virus, Royal Mail is experiencing delays, so please allow up to a further 10 working days after the 3 working days for any Royal Mail 24 orders before contacting us, as this is the time they have before classing as “lost”. We have a 30-day return policy if you change your mind.
Returns must be sent back in saleable condition, so items cannot be open; for all products, the cap must not have been opened; otherwise, we cannot accept a return.

For faulty products, these will need to be sent back to us to carry out tests to determine if it is a manufacturer fault. If you have dropped your device or it shows signs of excessive wear, please do not return it as a fault, as this would not be due to a manufacturer defect. We will return any devices that do not have any faults after our findings; we will contact you within 7 working days with our findings.
We ask you to return the item to us, and if it is a manufacturer fault, then we will refund your shipping. Please send a picture of your receipt through the our shop messenger system.

For all products where you have not enjoyed the experience or that your interpretation isn’t as you expected, this would NOT be covered under a return issue unless the item itself was faulty.

Where is my order/hasn’t arrived yet?
I’m sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet; the order is with Royal Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days.
Orders placed prior to 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day, except weekends (we don’t work weekends). If your order hasn’t arrived 13 working days after we sent it, please get back to us, as it will then be classed as lost.

Can you post in discreet packaging?
Our products are sent in either a brown padded envelope or a plain brown box; there is our returns address in small on the bottom right of the shipping label. We are unable to make any changes to the label as it is auto-generated.

My disposable hasn’t lasted very long or stopped working after a few hours.
These come prefilled with the set amount as stated on the packaging, and depending on the user, it may only last a few hours to a few days. The puff count stated is dependent on the length of draw time.

I haven’t received my 4th geek bar when it says buy 3 get 1 free / 3rd item free when ordered 2.
Our offer only applies when adding the correct number, so if it was, for example, “buy 3 get 1 free”, 4 must be added to the basket. Our shop will then sort the discount before payment is made; please ensure that you add the correct amount on any future orders to avoid disappointment.

Faulty Items
I am sorry you are having issues; if you believe the product to be faulty, then you would need to return it to us for testing. If we find a manufacturer fault, then we can look to refund. We will also refund the shipping cost (up to Royal Mail 48 cost); please provide proof of postage. Please also include your name, order number, and fault in the packet and allow us 7 working days to test the product. Unfortunately, if you have discarded the product in question, then we cannot offer any refunds or replacements.

If it is because your disposable has stopped working, then we can check inside the device for any usage of the coil.

Order shows delivered but not received
Please check with neighbours or members of the household. If this is a disposable item, then it would have gone through the letterbox. If you still claim not to have received it, then we kindly ask you to wait for 13 working days. After this period, Royal Mail class the parcel as lost.

Any claims for orders that show as being delivered will be investigated, and details will be passed on to relevant services for investigation.

Where is my refund?
Refunds are processed by our shop as they manage all payments. Please allow up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account. For any further issues, please contact our shop customer support.
