The tank has a 2ml capacity, providing ample space for your preferred choice. The Guroo tank features adjustable airflow, allowing for a customized experience.
Open up the airflow ring for an airy, full-bodied experience. Restrict the airflow by closing the ring to your preference for a tighter draw, similar to that of a traditional cigarette. The Guroo tank has a top-fill design, making refilling effortless.
Constructed from Pyrex glass, the tank is both heat-proof and leak-proof. Should you need replacements, consider the Guroo 2ml replacement glass.
The tank is compatible with the Aspire Guroo coil range, available in various resistances to enhance your experience.
Add Coils
The Aspire Guroo replacement coils are designed specifically for the Vrod vape kit or Guroo tank. These coils support sub-ohm usage and come in either a 0.15 Ohm or 0.3 Ohm resistance. Both versions perform best with high VG options that are 70% VG or higher. Featuring a wick made from organic cotton and linen, these coils help preserve the flavor effectively and extend their lifespan.

With a mesh build, these coils have a larger surface area, heating more material quickly for improved flavor and increased vapor production. For maximum vapor output, we recommend the 0.15 Ohm Guroo coils, which operate best between 60 – 70W. For a reduced vapor experience while maintaining flavor, the 0.3 Ohm coils are ideal, functioning between 40 – 50W.

Important information about sub-ohm usage:
Any coil that registers below 1.0 Ohm is classified as a sub-ohm coil. Recommended for advanced users only, these coils require more power to function optimally, which can be provided by an advanced vape kit. Increased vapor production is a key feature, and we recommend using options that are 70% VG or higher. Due to the higher vapor output, we advise against using options with a strength higher than 6mg.

We have a 30-day return policy if you change your mind.
Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition and cannot be opened. For all items, the cap must not have been opened; otherwise, we cannot accept a return.
For faulty products, these will need to be sent back to us for testing to determine if it is a manufacturer fault. If you have dropped your device or it shows signs of excessive wear, please do not return it as a fault, as this would not be due to a manufacturer defect. We will return any devices that do not have any faults after our findings and will contact you within 7 working days.
Please return the item to us, and if it is a manufacturer fault, we will refund your shipping. Please send a picture of your receipt through the shop messenger system.
For all products where you have not enjoyed the flavor or your interpretation of the flavor isn’t as expected, this would NOT be covered under a return issue unless the product itself was faulty.

Where is my order/hasn’t arrived yet?
I’m sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet. The order is with Royal Mail; please allow 1-3 working days.
Orders placed prior to 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day, except weekends (we don’t work weekends). If your order hasn’t arrived 13 working days after we sent it, please get back to us as it will then be classed as lost.
Can you post in discreet packaging?
Our products are sent in either a brown padded envelope or plain brown box. There is our returns address in small on the bottom right of the shipping label. We are unable to make any changes to the label as it is auto-generated.
My Disposable hasn’t lasted very long or stopped working after a few hours.
These come prefilled with the set amount as stated on the packaging. Depending on the user, they may last only a few hours to a few days. The puff count stated is dependent on the length of draw time.
I haven’t received my fourth item when it says buy 3 get 1 free / 3rd item free when ordered 2.
Our offer is only applied when adding the correct number, so for example, “”buy 3 get 1 free,”” 4 must be added to the basket. Our shop will then sort the discount before payment is made. Please ensure that you add the correct amount on any future orders to avoid disappointment.
Faulty Items
I am sorry you are having issues. If you believe the product to be faulty, then you would need to return it to us for testing. If we find a manufacturer fault, we can look to refund, and we will also refund the shipping cost (up to Royal Mail 48 cost). Please provide proof of postage, and include your name, order number, and fault in the packet, allowing us 7 working days to test the product. Unfortunately, if you have discarded the product in question, then we cannot offer any refunds or replacements.

If it is because your disposable item has stopped working, we can check inside the device for any usage of the coil.
Order shows delivered but not received
Please check with neighbors or members of the household. If this is a disposable item, it would have gone through the letterbox. If you still claim not to have received it, we kindly ask you to wait for 13 working days, after which Royal Mail classifies the parcel as lost.
Any claims for orders that show as being delivered will be investigated, and details will be passed on to the relevant services for investigation.
You can also confirm your address with us to double-check this.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are processed by our shop, as they manage all payments. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for it to reflect in your account. For any further issues, please contact our shop customer support.
Does this come with additional items?
Unfortunately, we don’t include additional items with any packages. However, if you would like to purchase extra items from us, please search our shop for our listings.
