Return Policy
If a customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return the product for replacement or refund. The customer must comply with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) and inform us within 10 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in ‘as new’ condition when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 30 calendar days to do so at your own expense.
