Shipping
The WarehouseOutlet is here to provide a fast shipping service; purchases are dispatched the same day if bought before 9 am. We will endeavor to send all items even after this cut-off time. Products are sent via Royal Mail, MyHermes, or DPD, as we sell various types of goods. Delivery costs and shipping times vary, and all this information can be found on our shop advertisement page.
Purchases are packed securely to avoid damage during transit. However, if products are lost or damaged, our customers do not need to worry, as we will cover all costs to return the product and replace the item promptly. We ask that you report any issues within 7 working days. If items are visibly damaged upon receipt, it is best to sign the courier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back in our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return delivery costs.
Returns
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from The WarehouseOutlet; however, there may be occasions when you need to return items.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered, you can return it in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us, you have 30 calendar days to return the goods at your own expense.
If any of your purchases develop a fault, all purchases are for UK-based customers only. Our products are covered for 28 calendar days since receipt. If your items are faulty upon arrival, you have 30 calendar days to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we verify the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
