Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please note that 18650 and 20700 batteries must be charged using an external battery charger; otherwise, the warranty will be voided. They cannot be charged with a USB cable (USB cables are only for upgrading the mod).

Also, any physical damage or broken pieces are not acceptable for refund or replacement. All issues and errors must be reported within 14 calendar days, and items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date with all accessories. If you wish to return your order, please contact us immediately before opening a return case via store contact and describe the issue.
