Preowned purchased item remains unused. Item was in blister pack that was completely brittle from storage. Also what became brittle due to age and storage are the antenna covers , they both broke off at the mounting point. Otherwise these are unused working units , battery life span more than likely is compromised due to age but they did charge up but lost there charge while in storage again
