The Innokin Endura T18II is an attractive device, and while it may not be as large as a box mod, it comes with a range of colours that really stand out.

Two factors that affect the quality of your vapor are the heat of the coil and the air passing through your tank. Traditionally, it has been difficult to adjust the heat. Innokin has changed this with the Endura T18II kit, making it easy to get the heat you want with three simple selections: cool, mid, or warm.

The tank also comes with a magnetic top that neatly fits onto the drip tip. This keeps the tip clean and avoids it getting clogged with cotton and all the usual debris it can pick up! When vaping, this tip clicks neatly onto the bottom of the device, so you won’t lose it.

WHO’S IT FOR?
The Innokin Endura T18II Kit is designed for ease of use, making it ideal for beginner and intermediate users, as well as mouth-to-lung enthusiasts. The low wattage means that the battery lasts longer and makes it ideal for those using higher PG blends. It’s not ideal for cloud chasers who prefer larger clouds of vapor.

COMPATIBLE COILS
This device works with Innokin Endura T18E/ T18II coils and is designed for use with the Prism T18II Tank and Innokin Endura T18II Kit.

USAGE GUIDELINES
Priming
As with all tanks, it’s important to prime the coil before using. Simply drip a few drops of your preferred blend into the coil ports. After attaching the coil to the tank, allow the tank to stand for a few minutes before using.

Power Settings
To change power settings:
Click the power button 3 times to power the device off.
Hold the power button down to cycle through the wattage options.
Release the button when you have reached the desired wattage settings.
Click the power button 3 times to power the device up again.

Airflow Controls
The airflow controls come with four holes. Simply turn the airflow control to select the number of holes you want – 1 for a tight drag, 4 for an airy experience, or 2 or 3 if you want something in between.

Our Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction. That is why we offer a comprehensive returns policy. Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Opened products that have been used cannot be returned.

Please contact us first regarding any product you wish to return with a description of the issue, along with the order number which can be found on the invoice sent at the time of ordering. We recommend you use a signed-for service to ensure the goods are received back safely. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any product otherwise working but with obvious signs of use or wear and tear. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges
The quickest and easiest way to receive new items before your desired item sells out is to re-purchase them online and return the unused items for a refund. This way, you will receive the correct items quickly, and your refund will be processed once the items are back with us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used. Please allow a few days for the funds to be received back into your account.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a week of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back. If they have and we’ve processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company, but please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account. If you still have not received your refund, please feel free to contact us.

Sale or Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
