Enquiries
We always try out best to respond to any questions as soon as possible. This is usually within 3-4 hours or the same working day. Any enquires sent over the weekend or on bank holidays will be responded to on the next working day.
Order Cut-Off
Orders placed and paid for before 2:00PM on a working day (not including weekends and bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same working day. Please note, we may leave some orders as pending if we believe there is a compatibilty issue that requires more vehicle checks.
Delivery Services
For the majority of our automotive parts we use Royal Mail Tracked 24. Any larger items will be sent via DPD Local Next Day. Please note, there may be surcharges applicable to larger items sent to some non-mainland UK locations. Any international orders are sent with store’s Global Shipping Programme.
We always try out best to get your items delivered on time but do please be aware that certain areas of the UK may not receive next day services and there can be a delay in delivery of your order. These locations include the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Highlands, Shetland, Northen Ireland and some Highland Postcodes (AB, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, ZE)
Returns
We offer 30 Days Hassle Free Returns. Please feel free to use store’s built in returns functionality or contact us to let us know you no longer require the part Any unwanted items must be sent back in their original condition with their orignal manufacture packaging. For items returned without any packaging, a small amount may be deducted from the refund to cover the hindered resell value.
If we have listed an item incorrectly we will offer either an alternative replacement or refund and any a returns label will be provided. If you take receipt of a damaged part do please let us know as soon as you can so we arrange replacements and returns.
If you’ve ordered the wrong part and the listing is accurate or simply no longer need the part we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However you must cover the cost of returning the part by a signed for and traceable service. The part will then be inspected upon arrival and you will be issued with applicable refund.
Please ensure any returned items are packaged securely to avoid any unnecessary damage in transit. If an item has been fitted and is not faulty we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns.
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please do let us know immediately to ensure the order does not get dispatched.
Warranty Information
Our automotive parts are covered by a 2 year warranty. In the unlikely event of a supplied part going faulty within the warranty period, please contact us immmediately providing description of fault and any applicable vehicle information. For lower value items a replacment will be organised. For higher value and bulkier items we may require the part to be returned before a replacement can be organised.
If making a warranty claim please provide the following information
Vehicle Registration NumberDate Part Fitted and Vehicle MileageDate Part Removed and Vehicle MileageDescription of the fault from diagnostics with error codes and reports if possible

We are always working on improving the accuracy of our listings but do please note that store’s compatibility check is not always accurate so if you are unsure about a part you require please contact us with your vehicle’s Registration Number or VIN number.
Due to engine codes, chassis, models and other variations sometimes compatibilities on store are not 100% correct and further vehicle information is required.
While we try our best to provide you with correct parts you need on time, we may hold your order pending vehicle compatibility checks.
