UK Shipping:
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Free postage is via Royal Mail 48 hours fully tracked and signed service. Delivery is normally within 2 working days. You can choose to upgrade to faster delivery if your order is urgent at an additional cost. Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed before 1pm next working day) is also available and is priced at £7.49 per order.

International Shipping:
We offer competitive international shipping rates for our international customers. All orders outside of the UK are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For (EMS), which is a recorded service requiring a signature on delivery.

Our Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction. That is why we offer a comprehensive returns policy. Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Opened items that have been used cannot be returned.

Please contact us first regarding any product you wish to return with a description of the issue, along with the order number which can be found on the invoice sent at the time of ordering. Refunds
