Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition, so cannot be opened; with all products, the cap must not have been opened, otherwise we cannot accept a return on this.
For faulty products, these will need to be sent back to us to carry out tests to determine if it is a manufacturer fault. If you have dropped your device or if it shows signs of excessive wear, then please do not return it as a fault, as this would not be due to a manufacturer defect. We will return any devices that do not have any faults after our findings; we will contact you within 7 working days with our findings.
We ask you to return the item to us, and if it is a manufacturer fault, then we will refund your shipping; please send a picture of your receipt through the shop messenger system.
For all products where you have not enjoyed the flavor or that your interpretation of the flavor isn’t as you expected, then this would NOT be covered under a return issue unless the product itself was faulty.

Where is my order/hasn’t arrived yet?
I’m sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet; the order is with Royal Mail please allow 1-3 working days.
Orders placed prior to 3pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day, except weekends (we don’t work weekends). If your order hasn’t arrived 13 working days after we sent it, then please get back to us as it will then be classed as lost.
Can you post in discreet packaging?
Our products are sent in either a brown padded envelope or plain brown box; there is our returns address in small on the bottom right of the shipping label; we are unable to make any changes to the label as it is auto-generated.
My Disposable hasn’t lasted very long or stopped working after few hours.
These come prefilled with the set amount of product as stated on the packaging, depending on the user, may only last a few hours to a few days; the puff count stated is dependent on the length of draw time.
I haven’t had my 4th item when it says buy 3 get 1 free / 3rd item free when ordered 2.
Our offer is only applied when adding the correct number, so if it was for example, “”buy 3 get 1 free,”” 4 must be added to the basket. Our shop will then sort the discount before payment is made; please ensure that you add the correct amount on any future orders to avoid disappointment.
Faulty Items
I am sorry you are having issues; if you believe the product to be faulty then you would need to return it to us for testing. If we find a manufacturer fault, then we can look to refund; we will also refund the shipping cost (up to Royal Mail 48 cost); please provide proof of postage. Please also include your name, order number, and fault in the packet and allow us 7 working days to test the product. Unfortunately, if you have discarded the product in question, then we cannot offer any refunds/replacements.

If it is because your disposable item has stopped working, then we can check inside the device for any usage of the coil.
Order shows delivered but not received
Please check with neighbours or members of the household; if this is a disposable item, then it would have gone through the letterbox. If you still claim to not have had it, then we kindly ask you to wait for 13 working days; after this period, Royal Mail class the parcel as lost.
Any claims for orders that show as being delivered will be investigated, and details will be passed on to relevant services to be investigated.
You can also confirm your address with us to double-check this.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are processed by our shop as they manage all payments; please allow up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account; any further issues please contact our shop customer support.
Does this come with additional items?
Unfortunately, we don’t include additional items with any packages; however, if you would like to buy them from us, please search for our listing in our shop.
