All items sold are new and unused. We will accept any items back for a refund if they are returned to us in their original unopened packaging and in unused condition. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price if returned within 30 calendar days of receipt. Return postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty, please notify us through store messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we receive your item using the pre-paid returns label, a refund will be issued unless a replacement has been provided prior to the return.

Please note: we cannot cover return postage costs that do not adhere to this process. All returns must be arranged prior to sending via the store messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to address any difficulties.
