Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition so cannot be open, with all Liquids the cap must not have been opened otherwise we cannot accept a return on this

For faulty products, these will need to be sent back to us to carry out tests to determine if it is a manufacturer fault, if you have dropped your device or if it shows signs of excessive wear then please do not return as a fault as this would not be due to a manufacturer defect. We will return any devices that do not have any faults after our findings, we will contact you within 7 working days with our findings.
We ask you to return the item to us and if its a manufacturer fault then we will refund your shipping, please send a picture of your receipt through the store messenger system.

For all liquids where you have not enjoyed the flavour or that your interpretation of the flavour isn’t as you expected then this would NOT be covered under a return issue unless the liquid itself was faulty.
